3. Quotes and pricing
Any quote provided by Green Olive Cleaning is based on the information available at the time of enquiry or booking. Final pricing may vary if the property condition, service requirements, access conditions, or requested tasks are different from the information originally provided.
Where additional work is required, we will discuss this with you before proceeding whenever possible.
4. Booking and access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including the property address, contact details, access instructions, parking information, and any relevant safety notes.
If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time, or if the property is not ready for the service, Green Olive Cleaning may need to reschedule the service or apply a cancellation or non access fee.
5. Client responsibilities
Before the service begins, clients should:
- Secure valuables, fragile items, cash, jewellery, personal documents, and sentimental items.
- Inform us of any hazards, damaged surfaces, loose fixtures, pets, restricted areas, or safety concerns.
- Provide clear access to the areas that need cleaning.
- Ensure electricity, running water, and safe working conditions are available where required.
- Move heavy furniture or large items if cleaning behind or under those items is requested.
Green Olive Cleaning is not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by unsafe conditions, restricted access, lack of utilities, or missing information.
6. Products and equipment
Green Olive Cleaning may provide cleaning products and equipment needed for the service. If a client requests that we use their own products or equipment, the client is responsible for confirming those items are safe, suitable, and in good working condition.
We may decline to use any product or equipment that we believe may be unsafe, unsuitable, or likely to damage surfaces.
7. Service results
We always aim to provide careful, reliable, and high quality cleaning. However, results may vary depending on the age and condition of the property, previous cleaning history, staining, wear and tear, surface type, mould, rust, limescale, grease, or damage that cannot be fully removed through standard cleaning.
Green Olive Cleaning does not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, existing damage, deeply embedded grime, or marks caused by wear and tear.
8. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as early as possible. Late cancellations, same day cancellations, or failure to provide property access may result in a fee.
For recurring services, changes to schedule, frequency, or scope should be confirmed with Green Olive Cleaning in advance.
9. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or invoice. Clients agree to pay the quoted or invoiced amount by the due date.
If payment is not received on time, Green Olive Cleaning may pause future services until outstanding amounts are settled.
10. Complaints and service concerns
If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us as soon as possible after completion. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, may offer a suitable resolution such as returning to address the issue, adjusting the service, or another reasonable remedy.
Under Australian Consumer Law, services must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for purpose when a purpose is made known, and be supplied within a reasonable time where no time is agreed.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Green Olive Cleaning is not liable for loss, damage, delay, or incomplete service caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
- Unsafe working conditions.
- Lack of access to the property.
- Lack of electricity, water, or essential utilities.
- Pre existing damage, stains, mould, rust, deterioration, or wear and tear.
- Client supplied products or equipment.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

All text, images, graphics, branding, and website content belong to Green Olive Cleaning or are used with permission unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute website content without written permission.
